Orders payed for with Buy With Prime should be returned through Amazon and according to their return guidelines. 

What is the return policy for Buy with Prime Orders?

(Due to California Tax Code, Mic+Tight cannot ship to sell directly to California residents, rather they can be purchased through Amazon or Ebay) 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, thus we offer a 180 day return or exchange policy.

Returns with orders placed through and shipped from Mictight.com, not including Amazon:
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 180 days from purchase. If more than 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased your Mic+Tight from our website Mic+Tight.com and not a retail location. Orders received through Amazon or other on-line sales sources must be refunded or exchanged through their return policy.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, which can be in an email or paper form. Prior to the refund being issued, we require your product IN ANY CONDITION (packaging not needed) to be mailed back to us at Mic+Tight. P.O. Box 1042. Lakeville, MN 55044

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of receipt.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We will replace your Mic+Tight for any reason, regardless of how it broke or what happened to it during the first 180 days. If you need to exchange it, simply send us an email at info@mictight.com and send your item to: Mic+Tight P.O. Box 1042, Lakeville MN 55044. and follow the refund guidelines regarding proof of purchase. If you request an exchange within the 180 days, please note the replacement may take up to 14 business days to reach you, depending on your location.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mic+Tight. P.O. Box 1042, Lakeville MN 55044, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
